PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel with improved detection sensitivity, a touch panel having a reduced thickness, a touch panel that can be bent, or a light-weight touch panel.SOLUTION: A touch panel comprises display elements and capacitive elements constituting a touch sensor disposed between a pair of substrates. A pair of conductive layers constituting the capacitive elements preferably have openings. The openings and the display elements are positioned to overlap with each other. A shield layer is provided between a substrate on a display surface side and the pair of conductive layers constituting the capacitive elements.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
