A motor (100), comprising a stator (30), and a rotor (50) and a cover body (70) rotatably covering the stator; the cover body comprises a blade (76) and a connection portion (743) connected to the rotor; the cover body is provided with a slit (741) thereon for air to flow; when the motor operates, the rotor drives the cover body to rotate, such that the blade drives surrounding air to flow, and the air in the rotor is driven out from the slit to remove the heat generated by the motor. The motor has a high heat dissipation efficiency and reduces dust build-up. Also disclosed are a power device using the motor, and aircraft using the power device.
