A monoclonal immunoglobulin G (IgG) antibody specifically binding to a peptide, wherein the peptide is represented by a consensus sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NO:1 and SEQ ID NO:2. An immunogenic composition comprises a recombinant 3D protein or a 3D protein derived immunogenic polypeptide, and a pharmaceutically acceptable adjuvant.
