An antireflective layer comprising a plurality of functional layers having different refractive indexes, the plurality of functional layers including a lower fractive index layer containing a fluorine-containing copolymer, wherein the low refractive index layer further contains a polymer having a polymer graft part containing a polysiloxane segment represented by the following formula [1] in a side chain of the polymer: wherein R<SUP>1 </SUP>and R<SUP>2 </SUP>may be same or different and each represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group or an aryl group; and p is an integer of from 10 to 500.
