A system and a method for producing antioxidant bio mineral water containing microbial metabolites that can contribute to bioactivation of the human body by injecting organic materials and nutrients useful to the activity of microorganisms into natural water such that metabolism is actively performed by the microorganisms are provided. A system for producing antioxidant bio mineral water comprises: a raw material mixer(10) for mixing raw materials; a raw material storage tank(20) for provisionally storing the raw materials mixed in the raw material mixer; a first aging tank(30) which has a micro-air diffuser, a microorganism concentration measuring device, and an oxidation-reduction potential measuring device, and which performs degradation of the raw materials and denitrification of nitrates by useful microorganisms; a second aging tank(40) which has a micro-air diffuser, a microorganism concentration measuring device, an oxidation-reduction potential measuring device, and an oxygen concentration measuring device, and which allows the useful microorganisms to secrete an antioxidant material while passing through a second degradation process; a microorganism activating tank(50) which includes a micro-air diffuser, and returns activated microorganisms to the first aging tank; a circulating equipment(60) for circulating a raw material of the second aging tank to the first aging tank; a first ultrafiltration device(70) which has a microfilter to selectively separate the antibiotic substances and the antioxidant bio mineral water only from a microorganism group that secretes antibiotic substances; an activity accelerating tank(80) for adding an organic activator to high concentration first and second metabolites to amplify the activity of microorganisms; a second ultrafiltration device which has a microfilter to selectively separate pure antioxidant bio mineral water only by filtering antioxidant bio mineral water containing high concentration organic acids; and a finished product storage tank(100) which has a precision flow controlling and measuring device, and stores the filtered antioxidant bio mineral water. |
