PURPOSE:To contrive to simplify the manufacturing process and obtain a toilet seat, which withstands severe use conditions, by a method wherein a heater is positioningly fixed to either one of an outer mold half and an inner mold half and, after that, molding is performed under the condition that another mold half and said mold half are piled up each other. CONSTITUTION:An outer mold half gap part 6 is produced by piling up an outer mold half cavity block 1 and an outer mold half core 2 each other. At the same time, a heater 4 is positioned on the outer mold half core 4 side in the outer mold half gap part 6. By injecting resin from a gate 3, which is provided on the outer mold half core 2, an outer mold half main body 16 is produced under the condition that the heater 4 is brought into contact under pressure with the outer mold half 2 side in the outer mold half gap part 6. By removing the outer mold half core 2 and, at the same time, piling up an inner mold half core 7 to the outer mold half cavity block 1, resin is filled in an inner mold half gap part 9, which is produced between the inner mold half core 7 and the outer mold half main body 16, so as to produce an inner mold half main body 19 in order to manufacture a heater-built-in toilet seat 10, having the heater 4 interposed between the outer mold half main body 16 and the inner mold half main body 19. |
