<p>PURPOSE:To provide an inversive paper sheet transport device, which can exhaust sheets in aligned state without risk of their leading edge folding or occurrence of jam when paper sheets are exhausted upon being accumulated in a paper sheet inverting part. CONSTITUTION:When a first paper sheet intrudes into a second transport path 22 upon passing through the first transport path 20, switching pawl 23, and a guide roller 11 pressed by a deflection pawl 10, the paper sheet is transported downward by a pressure roller 14, left running against a feed pawl 30, aligned, and moved upward by the same pawl 30 until the top comes to the upper part of the deflection pawl 10, and thereby the leading edge of the second paper sheet is prevented from running against the top of the first paper sheet when the second paper sheet is fed into the second transport path 22 upon passing the guide roller 11.</p> |
