<p>PURPOSE:To prepare a compsn. for ink jet recording which is useful when e.g. recorded characters, etc., are desired to disappear after a certain time has passed by incorporating a specific pigment into the compsn. CONSTITUTION:An aq. erasable ink compsn. is prepd. by emulsifying, in water using an emulsifier, an erasable pigment which loses its color by absorbing nearinfrared rays and does not return to the original color even after the exposure to the rays is stopped (e.g. a compd. of the formula). A nonaq. erasable ink compsn. is prepd. by dispersing the pigment in a nonaq. medium. A hot-melt erasable ink compsn. is prepd. by dissolving the pigment in a wax under heating and solidifying the wax.</p> |
