<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate air flow resistance caused by a liquid receiver and minimize an air conditioner. CONSTITUTION:A baffle portion 47 projecting inward and surrounding a vane 43 of an axial-flow blower 41 is formed on a peripheral edge of an outlet port 33 of a casing. A liquid receiver 18 is mounted on the baffle portion 47. The liquid receiver 18 is formed curvedly in semicircular arc so as to be opposed to the baffle portion 47 and is disposed on the outer face of the baffle portion 47 so that a projected portion 55 projecting from the inner end of the baffle portion 47 into the casing is formed. The projected portion 55 is constituted in the from of a bell mouth continuous to the inner end of the baffle portion 47. In an open space which usually exists in a conventional bell mouth, the liquid receiver 18 is disposed, thereby resulting in space-saving. Since the liquid receiver 18 is not positioned in an air passage 35, air flow resistance caused by the liquid receiver 18 can be eliminated.</p> |
