PURPOSE:To obtain a hydraulic composition capable of giving a highly conductive lightweight hardened body by incorporating a hydraulic inorg. substance, a carbon fiber and a hollow graphite powder into the composition. CONSTITUTION:This hydraulic composition consists of 100 pts.wt. of a hydraulic inorg. substance, 0.6-10 pts.wt. of a carbon fiber and 0.5-10 pts.wt. of a hollow graphite powder having 0.005-0.1g/cm<3> bulk density. The strength of the hardened body decreases with decrease in bulk density, the lightweight effect is not obtained when the bulk density is increased, and hence the bulk density is limited to 0.005-0.1g/cm<3>. Since the conductivity of the graphite powder is lowered with the decreasing fixed carbon content of the graphite powder, the fixed carbon content is preferably controlled to >=96wt.%. The graphite powder is obtained, for example, by inserting sulfuric acid between the layers of a natural graphite powder and heating the powder to 800-1000 deg.C to rapidly expand the powder. |
