MANUFACTURE OF WALL PANEL

PURPOSE:To obtain a manufacture of a wall panel which is excellent in external appearance and of which a tile and a ground panel are bonded firmly to each other so that the tile is prevented from exfoliating later. CONSTITUTION:A bonding agent 113 is applied on a ground panel 111 and tiles 114 are arranged thereon, with spaces of joints left, and stuck thereon temporarily. A panel 11 having the tiles stuck temporarily is put in a bag-shaped matter 12. A neck part 122 of the bag-shaped matter 12 is passed through a ring 142 of a frame body 14, and a plug 13 through which a suction pipe 16 is inserted is fitted in a mouth part 121 of the bag-shaped matter 12 so that the mouth part 121 is held between the plug 13 and the inner peripheral surface of the ring 142. A gas in the bag-shaped matter 12 is sucked sufficiently from the suction pipe 16, the bag-shaped matter 12 is thereby brought into close contact with the periphery of the panel 11 having the tiles stuck temporarily, and the neck part 122 of the bag-shaped matter 12 is heat-sealed by a heat sealer 15, so that the bag-shaped matter 12 is close hermetically. The panel 11 having the tiles stuck temporarily and closed hermetically by the bag-shaped matter 12 is put in a heating furnace and the bonding agent is hardened.
