PURPOSE:To provide a compact deodorizing device reduced in its installation area and simple in operation. CONSTITUTION:An combustion catalyst for treating desorbed gas is supported on an adsorbent adsorbing an offensive smell component and a heating device 20 is provided on the upstream side of an adsorbent bed 16 and off-gas 11 is passed through the adsorbent bed 16 to be adsorbed. At the time of the regeneration of the adsorbent, high temp. gas is sent to the adsorbing bed 16 from the heating device 20 and the adsorbent is heated to desorb the offensive smell component to burn the desorbed offensive smell by a combustion catalyst. |
