PURPOSE:To make the analysis of physical quartities in a system where linear additivity is satisfied fast and highly precise and to expand the range of applicable physical quantities. CONSTITUTION:An estimated physical quantity Oj is obtained SP3 on the basis of a proportional constant alphaij SP1 and a temporarily set physical quantity ui SP2, the total sum of the square of the difference between a known physical quantity Sj which is given in an area and the estimated physical quantity Oj is obtained as an error function E, and the physical quantity ui which is temporarily set so as to become an axis value of the error function E that is a parabola is corrected SP5.
