<p>PURPOSE:To form through holes for collecting particulates, into coarse mesh, and gathering fine particulates, having passed the through holes, by electrification into a large particulate so as to collect it by the coarse through hole in the following stage. CONSTITUTION:An A-filter 21 and a B-filter 22 formed of plates with numerous coarse through holes, and a C-filter 23 and a D-filter 24 formed of corrugated plates with coarse through holes are formed into cylindrical shape mutually with spaces 31-33 to form a filter, and exhaust is made flow into a filter case 1 from an inlet passage 11. Because of coarse through holes, fine particulates pass through, but the particulates are gathered by electrification in the follwoing space to become a large particulate, and the large particulate is collected by the through hole of a filter element in the following stage. A collecting effect is improved by repeating this process.</p> |
