<p>PURPOSE:To simplify a coil spring which presses a track ball to the x-axis shaft assembly and the y-axis shaft assembly and the mounting structure. CONSTITUTION:A coil spring 1 is wounded in succession by a linear member in parallel in the vertical direction while putting the 1st coil spring 1a and the 2nd coil spring 1b together. An arm 1a is extended in the horizontal direction from the terminal of the both coil springs 1a and 1b. The interior angle thetawith a connection line 1d and the arm 1c is made 90 deg.<theta<180 deg.. Further it is folded in the vertical direction at the tip. In the x (y) axis shaft assembly 5 (6), a rubber roller 12 is mounted in the middle of the shaft and a slit disk 13 at one end. The coil spring 1 is engaged with and fixed to a pair of bosses 2 in the vertical direction and is elastically engaged with the both shafts by a pair of arms 1c. It is close to the track ball 4 and the rubber roller 12 is elastically pressed to track ball 4 through a through hole 16a.</p> |
