PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: Not to impair durability and resistance to wear caused by an inner liner, to provide good workability in joining the inner liner material and to prevent occurrence of vulcanizing problems caused by air involvement. SOLUTION: The front end 8'a and the tail end 8'b of a belt-like inner liner material 8' used for forming a green tire composing an inner liner 8 are overlapped and joined. The front end 8'a and the tail end 8'b of the inner liner material 8' to be joined has a large angled part 8'c whose slant angle α is large and a small angled part 8'd next to the large angle part 8'c and a thickness (c) of the large angled part 8'c and the thickness (d) of the small angled part 8'd hold the relationship of c<d. |
