Cutter chain of bar executive body that has cams with jaws of those hinged to slats. Inner faces of jaws are arranged with dead slots in long plane of cross-section of jaw, those are placed symmetrically with respect to the vertical axis of symmetry of the cam and inclined in the lower part of the cam to side of its vertical axis of symmetry, at that opposite slots at inner faces of jaws are parallel to each other. The slats are made with coaxial pins at sides and supports in the middle part with possibility of hinged interaction of pins with slots.
