PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical bus which is reduced in cost and the signal processor which is made small-sized and lowered in cost by using the cptical bus for parallel signal transmission. SOLUTION: Signal lights having 2-bit width are projected by couples of light emitting elements 16-1A and 16-1B...16-4A and 16-4B on signal light incidence parts 12-1 to 12-4. Signal lights of every two bits of the 2-bit signal lights made incident from the signal light incidence parts 12-1 to 12-4 are branched into four, which are photodetected by couples of photodetecting elements 17-1a and 17-1b...17-4a and 17-4b provided at parts of four signal light projection parts 13-1 to 13-4 which are put in partial charge of projection of signal lights by bits.
