PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, at low cost, a fuel cell power generating device utilizing fuel such as digestion gas. SOLUTION: A recycle pipe 8 for hydrogen supply connected from an outlet of a carbon monoxide converter 6 to an inlet of a composite heat exchanger 3 is branched in the upstream of a fixed orifice 9 and, as a recycle pipe 8a for hydrogen supply, is connected to an inlet of a desulfurizer 2. In a high-load operation of a fuel cell power generating device, unpreheated recycle gas is joined to fuel preheated by the composite heat exchanger 3 with a flow regulating valve 10 opened. By regulating a flow rate of this recycle gas, the temperature rise of the fuel is suppressed upstream the desulfurizer 2 and the temperature rise of the desulfurizer 2 is prevented. |
