A wheel speed sensor for a vehicle and a forming device thereof are provided to simultaneously perform insert and separation of a molded article during an over-mold injection molding operation by protruding an annular projection having a predetermined diameter on a part where a push pin of a carrier is operated. In a wheel speed sensor for a vehicle, a first sub assembly(100) comprising a sensing element(110), a carrier(120), and a cable(130) is inserted into a mold(200) and over-mold injection molded. And then, a complete molded article is discharged from the mold to a push pin installed in a cavity(210). An annular projection having a predetermined diameter is protruded in the predetermined height at a part where the push pin of the carrier is operated. |
