PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably supply electronic components by forming the take-up plane of a take up cap into a shape that inclines to the flange side of the take up cap, and taking up a top tape along the flange side of the take-up cap. SOLUTION: A top tape of a carrier tape to be transferred is peeled from the carrier tape at a peeling part provided on a tape pressing body. The peeled top tape is provided at the rear in the proceeding direction of the carrier tape and is taken up by a detachable take-up cap 18 fixed to a rotatable take-up ratchet 14. The take-up cap 18 is attached to the outer circumference of the shaft supporting part of the take-up ratchet 14, and on a take-up plane 20 of the take-up cap 18, an inclined plane is formed on the side of a flange 18a of the take-up cap 18 at an arbitrary angle 19. On the take-up plane 20 inside the flange part of the take-up cap, an inclined plane that inclines to the leading edge of the flange part at an arbitrary angle 21 is formed. |
