PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prohibit a connected IC card from being unintendedly discharged, and to miniaturize an injection mechanism in a connector device for an IC card capable of holding a push rod in a pushing-in position when the IC card is connected. SOLUTION: A heart-shaped cam groove 10 capable of holding a push rod 4 in two positions of a pushing-in position and a projecting position by cooperating with a transmission pin 12, is formed on an outside surface of a frame 3 having an inserting/extracting guide groove 3a of an IC card 1 on an inside surface, and the push rod 4 is locked on the pushing-in position by a lock lever 16 when the IC card 1 is connected by holding the lock lever 16 by a Jug 4a on the tip of the push rod 4. While, when the IC card 1 is discharged, after the lock is released by operating the lock lever 16, the push rod 4 is moved up to the projecting position from the pushing-in position by pressing the lug 4a, and in a process of again moving the push rod 4 to the pushing-in position from the projecting position, an injection arm 5 is rotated by pressing a driving plate 15 by the transmission pin 12, and the IC card is discharged.
