<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system capable of shortening stopping time of the system while suppressing starting failure of the system at a low temperature environment, and an operation stop method of the fuel cell system. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell system 1 comprises a fuel cell 20 which generates power by receiving supply of a reactant gas, a secondary battery 54 which is charged by the power generated by the fuel cell 20, an auxiliary equipment motor M4 and a traction motor M3 by which at least one of the power generated by the fuel cell 20 and the power charged to the secondary battery 54 is consumed, and a control part 50 which controls charging of power from the fuel cell to the secondary battery 54. The control part 50, when the charging amount at the stop of the system is a charged amount or less required at the next starting, rapidly charges the secondary battery 54 at a larger current than that at the time of charging to the secondary battery 54 at idling operation or at system stop. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
