The system for the hydromechanical shaping consists of a duct, through which water is pumped using a circulating pump. The water is calmed to provide an eddy-free water flow using one or more dams or weirs. The eddyless water flow results by a variable narrowing of the duct. The medium to be shaped is suspended in the water in the duct and at the end of the narrowing, the water can flow freely again over a weir, and from there circulates around the duct.
