PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quake-absorbing structure for rim portion of conduit and its assembling method for which the assembly of flap for extended ring forming body can be easily performed at a factory or on a job site in creating the quake-absorbing structure for the rim portion and its assembling method for making a joint between a manhole and the conduit the quake-absorbing structure. SOLUTION: A plurality of rotating portions of flaps are inserted to an extended ring forming body having an opened strip, and of which a part is cut out an extended ring-formed body with a corrugated section, an extended ring-formed body having a flat shape, or a top plate attached to a curved carrying chain, thereby providing the quake-absorbing structure capable of corresponding even to a positional deviation between a concrete wall body and the conduit due to vibration or earthquakes by elastically holding the conduit inserted to an opening in concrete by using the rubber ring and the flaps.
