PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a fall of a panel which is detachably fixed to a panel substrate by snap-in fixation, and to enhance workability of installation of the panel. SOLUTION: A locking fitting 30, which is installed in the panel 1, is pressed into an insertion groove 40 of a locking fitting 20 which is fixed to the panel substrate 10, so that the panel 1 can be engageably/disengageably installed in the panel substrate 10 by the snap-in fixation; one end of an expansion/contraction link 60 is fixed by means of a journaling fitting 63 which is installed in the panel 1 by avoiding a snap-in position of the panel 1; and a protrusive shaft 62, which is protrusively provided at the other end, is made freely insertable into/extractable from a bearing 67 of a bearing fitting 64 which is installed in a corresponding position of the panel substrate 10, so that the panel 1 can be detachably connected to the panel substrate 10 by the link 60. Even if a snap-in state is released, the link 60 prevents the fall of the panel 1, and the panel 1 is temporarily supported by the link 60 in the installation of the panel 1.
