<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency in cable fixing work and avoid fluctuation in the fixing positions of cable as much as possible. <P>SOLUTION: A guide groove 12 is provided on a fixing portion 9 to insert a tying band 22, and both sidewalls, 16 are provided to the guide groove 12 to place the cable 21. At both sidewalls 16, a stopper piece 17 is provided to restrict slip-off of the tying band 22 from the aperture of the guide groove 12. At one end of the guide groove 12, a guide cylinder 11 is erected on the fixing portion 9 to orthogonally cross the guide groove 12. At the upper end of the guide cylinder 11, an inserting port is provided to insert the binding band 22. At the restriction wall 14 of the guide cylinder 11, a guiding port 14a is provided to guide the tying band 22 for connection with the guide groove 12.
