<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy and definite mean of erasing and sealing private information, which should be hidden, to solve the conventional problem where direct mails or any bill of withdrawal processing containing printed private information such as addresses, names, card numbers needed to be cut by a shredder or teared by hands irregularly. <P>SOLUTION: The oil-based ink is prepared by incorporating at least a black coloring agent, a glycol-based solvent and limonen. The stamper or the marker containing the above oil-based ink is painted on private information on a direct mail or other various kinds of bills for withdrawal processing to dissolve the resin, which holds printed letters consisting of pigments and coloring materials, and consequently to make printed letters come off from the surface of the papers.
