<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machining table fixedly holding a work to a machining apparatus with enhanced machining speed and machining accuracy by applying substantially uniform ultrasonic vibration to the whole machining table. <P>SOLUTION: One bolting Langevin ultrasonic vibrator 1 is composed by integrally fastening four sets of support tables 7, piezo-electric ceramics 4, and rear masses 3 on an ultrasonic emitting face and the opposite face with bolts 6.
