<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to easily detect a state of a switching valve. <P>SOLUTION: The system takes in drive current 1 of a circulation pump 25 and judges whether the drive current 1 of the circulation pump 25 is over a given threshold value 10.
