<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the humidification control technology capable of appropriately controlling a humidification amount of supply gas. <P>SOLUTION: By not controlling the humidification amount W based only a supply oxidizing gas temperature T12 after the passage of a humidifier, the humidification amount W is controlled but also by taking account of external conditions such as flow rate Q of supply oxidizing gas. Concretely, firstly a control target temperature TIW of the supply oxidizing gas after the passage of the humidifier is determined so that the humidification amount complied with demand may be obtained. When the control target temperature TIW like this is determined, the external conditions are taken into account such as the flow rate Q of the supply oxidizing gas. Then, the flow rate of an oxidizing off gas for introducing it into the humidifier 120 using a bypass valve 160 is adjusted so that the supply oxidizing gas temperature T12 after the passage of the humidifier detected by a temperature sensor 24 may coincide with the control target temperature TIW. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
