PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To analyze a relation between GTP binding proteins in signal transmission. SOLUTION: This interaction analyzer for the GTP binding proteins includes an inspection floor 40 having a plurality of sections 42, a feeder 46 for feeding the first and second GTP binding proteins into the sections 42, a feeder 48 for feeding GEF/GAP corresponding to the first and second GTP binding proteins, into the sections 42, a concentration sensor 44 for measuring a concentration of the second group of GTP binding protein in the each section 42, a sequence controller 50 for controlling the feeder 46 and the feeder 48, and for feeding the first group of GTP binding protein and the corresponding GEF/GAP into the each section 42 with a prescribed sequence, and a processing part 62 for determining the presence of an interaction between the GTP binding protein activity-controlled by the fed GEF/GAP, and the second group of GTP binding protein, based on an output from the sensor 44 in each section 44.
