FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics. ^ SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to remove the sixth toe and replace the sites of its tendinous fixations onto the fifth toe; carry out oblique osteotomy of the fifth metatarsal bone along with removing proximal fragment of the fifth metatarsal bone; carry out oblique osteotomy of the sixth metatarsal bone along with removing distal fragment of the sixth metatarsal bone; fulfill capsulotomy of a metatarso-cuboid articulation; correlate the rest proximal and distal fragments of metatarsal bones along with forming the fifth radius of foot being valuable by its sizes and anatomical structures; dissected interosseous muscles should be sutured up to the developed fifth metatarsal bone; fix the fragments due to applying transossal sutures and using Kirschner's needles. The innovation provides correction of all the elements of deformation, the development of correct ratios in foot osseous structures and prevents the development of secondary deformations. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of reconstruction. ^ 2 dwg
