A device for manufacturing a roll-type liquid silicon is provided to achieve mass production of the liquid silicon foam having predetermined width and maximized thin film shape by progressing a consecutive processes. A device for manufacturing a roll type liquid silicon foam comprises a first PET film supply unit(10), a first PET film(12), a liquid silicon supply unit, a second PET film supply unit(30), a second PET film(32), a second PET film recovery unit(40), a foaming/hardening unit(50), and a liquid silicon foam winding unit(60). The first PET film has predetermined width. The first PET film supply unit supplied the first film. A liquid silicon(22) includes a foaming agent and a hardening agent. The liquid silicon supply unit coats the liquid silicon to a surface of the first PET film. The adhesion is eliminated from the second PET film. The second PET film supply unit supplies the second PET film to an upper part of the liquid silicon coated on the first PET film. The second PET film recovery unit withdraws the second PET film. The foaming/hardening unit is located between the second PET film supply unit and the second PET film recovery unit to form and harden up the liquid silicon interposed between the first PET film and the second PET film. The foaming/hardening unit regulates thickness of the liquid silicon. The liquid silicon foam winding unit winds up the liquid silicon foam as a roll-shape. The liquid silicon foam is discharged through the foaming/hardening unit.
