<p>Ultraviolet light stabilized copolyetherester compositions that comprise at least one nanoparticulate mineral selected from titanium dioxide, cerium oxide, and zinc oxide and at least one organic ultraviolet light stabilizer. Articles formed from the compositions are also disclosed.</p>
