PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double sealed hose joint for securing improved reliability while considering a lack of reliability on the sealing performance of a conventional hose joint. SOLUTION: In the hose joint, a hose is inserted into a hose insertion cylinder portion of a nipple and a cylindrical fastening tool is screwed and fastened into the nipple via a sleeve which has diameter-shrinkable cylindrical portions fitted to the outer peripheral face of the hose insertion portion. The cylindrical portions at both ends of the sleeve 1 extending along the center-axis direction in the longitudinal direction are formed into a diameter-shrinkable cylindrical portion 1b on the front end side and a diameter-shrinkable cylindrical portion 1c on the rear end side. With the cylindrical fastening tool 4 being screwed into the nipple 1, the diameters of the front and rear diameter-shrinkable cylindrical portions 1b, 1c of the sleeve 1 are shrunk toward the center axis. Therefore, the front and rear parts of the hose insertion portion are compressed to seal the inner peripheral face of the hose H to the outer peripheral face of the hose insertion cylinder portion 1d of the nipple 1 at two positions of the front and rear parts with air and liquid tightness (S1, S2).
