PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frequency converting circuit more accurately controlling a conversion gain. SOLUTION: A frequency converting circuit 3 comprises: a first input terminal 3a to which a first input signal is inputted; a second input terminal 3b to which a second input signal is inputted; an output terminal 3c from which an output signal is outputted; a transistor 3d for mixing of which one end is connected to the first input terminal and the other end is connected to the output terminal; and a pulse control circuit 3e to which the second input signal is inputted via the second input terminal and which outputs a pulse signal obtained by restricting pulses of the second input signal to a control electrode of the transistor 3d for mixing.
