PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facsimile machine capable of confirming whether or not it is necessary to display and transmit contents of an input destination when operation required for broadcasting transmission is performed. SOLUTION: A facsimile machine 1 comprises: a display unit 16; an operation unit 15 which accepts operation required for broadcasting transmission; and a display control unit 10 which displays an inputted destination of broadcasting transmission each time the destination is inputted from the operation unit 15, causes a user to confirm whether or not broadcasting transmission is necessary for the input destination, and outputs onto the display unit 16 a confirmation picture for determining the necessity.
