PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily create or use a user application program associated with address display based upon a use frequency. SOLUTION: An addressbook display instruction "AddressBook" and a use frequency option "frequency" as a property thereof are described in the user application, and a text language processing program sorts addresses in the decreasing order of use frequencies based upon the use frequency option and displays the addresses in the sorted order on a console panel in response to the addressbook display instruction. Then when image data is transmitted to an address selected by a user, the text language processing program increases the use frequency of the address to which the image data has been transmitted.
