An electrical-connection device (1), particularly for photovoltaic-cell panels (2), has: a first electrical terminal (12), designed to be connected to apparatuses (7) for generation or use of electrical energy and to extend in a fixed position through a wall (4) for support of the connection device (1); a seal (19) for fluid-tight coupling of the first electrical terminal (12) to the supporting wall (4); a second electrical terminal (11) connected to the first electrical terminal (12) and to an electrical wiring (10) external to the supporting wall (4); and an electrically insulated liquid-tight chamber (40), housing at least partially the first electrical terminal (12) and the second electrical terminal (11).
