The present invention relates to a steel surface treatment device using dry ice, and surface treatment method using the same. More specifically, the steel surface treatment device using dry ice induces a crack and a short circuit in a paint film using thermal shock by injecting the dry ice at high pressure, and generating a sudden temperature difference. The steel surface treatment device reduces the film by enabling the dry ice to rapidly penetrate by generating vibration in the paint film using an ultrasonic panel and forming a fine crack. The steel surface treatment device also reduces generated moisture in injection by mixing dry ice and silica gel and injecting the mixed dry ice and silica gel. The steel surface treatment device (10) comprises: a main body unit (100), a high pressure unit (200), an injection unit (300), an ultrasonic wave unit (400), and a control unit (500). |
