THE ENVIRONMENTAL RELATED REINFORCING BLOCK USING NON-CEMENT MATERIALS

Provided is an environment-friendly block, which is made out of non-cement materials such as pure minerals and exhibits superior compressive strength and durability, to thereby protect environment from adverse effects of the use of cement. The environment-friendly block is manufactured by preparing a pre-mixing type material by mixing 50-85wt.% aggregates and 15-50wt.% reactive powder; preparing a mineral composite by mixing the pre-mixing type material with 0.3-0.7wt.% reaction binder and 0.005-0.05wt.% high-performance water-reducing agent with respect to the weight of the reactive powder, and 0.2-1.0wt.% inorganic curing activator with respect to the weight of the reaction binder; forming a block in use of the mineral composite; curing the block at natural conditions(room temperature) for 1-28 hours; and water heat-curing the block at 40-100 deg.C for 1-4 days.
