The present invention relates to a heater using a heating paste composition and a manufacturing method thereof, which compare the heater with a mainly used metal material to increase exothermic behavior and stability and eliminate limits of a product length and a product area. The heater includes an insulation substrate and a heating pattern layer. The heating pattern layer has a heating seed layer formed by printing a heating paste composition on the insulation substrate, and a plating layer configured to cover the heating seed layer.
