The present invention relates to a supporter which can stably support an underground distribution cable, and comprises: a supporter body (100) which is installed in a manhole (1); a connector (200) which is installed in the supporter body (100) to be movable and electrically connects underground distribution cables (L) inputted to the manhole (1); a water level detection sensor which is installed in the supporter body (100), detects a buoyancy body (130) of the supporter body (100), and outputs a detection signal; a control unit (400) which receives the detection signal from the water level detection sensor (300) and controls the operation of a transmitter (500); and the transmitter (500) which is controlled by the control unit (400) and transmits an emergency signal to the outside. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the connector is coupled to the support body to be movable and the connector is freely movable in a transverse direction even when external force (for example, earthquake) is applied, and thus it is possible to minimize a problem that a connection state of the underground distribution cable is released by the external force, and it is possible to more stably support the underground distribution cable. |
