A magnetic levitation type flooring material is provided to reduce interlayer noise by preventing the transfer of noise caused by an impulse by levitating a floor portion and constructing on an interlayer frame separately using repulsive force of magnetic force. The magnetic levitation type flooring material(100) contains a fixed magnetic portion(110) provided with a fixed magnet(111) formed on an interlayer frame(2) and a height limiter(113) formed on one side of the fixed magnet, and a floor portion(120) provided with a seat plate(122) provided with a floor plate(121) and formed on the upper part of the fixed magnetic portion, a levitation magnet(123) provided with a levitation space(125) and formed on the lower part of the seat plate, a levitation magnetism shield(124) formed on the upper part of the levitation magnet to cut off the leakage of magnetic force and a limit coupler(127) coupled to the height limiter and formed on one side of the levitation magnet to limit the levitation height of the floor portion. |
