The present invention relates to aerogel complexated melamine foam having excellent thermal conductivity and stability, and to a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, provided is the foam having excellent thermal conductivity and improved heat resistance by partially or completely filling inside of an inner structure of opened cell melamine foam with silica aerogel. Provided are the aerogel complexated melamine foam which can minimize the loss of the aerogel from the aerogel complexated melamine foam, and a manufacturing method thereof.
