发明名称 METHOD FOR CONTROL OF STEPPER MOTOR
摘要 The invention is related to stepper motor control, when combination of the rotational movement with micro vibrations is required, for instance in devices realizing methodology like Southern, Northern and Western Blotting. The objective of the invention is to increase the operational capabilities of stepper motors that allows the generation of micro vibrations within an acoustic frequency range by choosing for the vibrations the so called dead zones (d) in conformity with Fig.1 and Fig.2. The attaimnment of the objective is provided by imposing the rotational motion in microstep mode on the micro vibrations of the stepper motor rotor during the time periods when the rotor is passing zones (d) at the endpoints of the full step cycle, that allows to select smoothly, within a wide range, the ratio of the rotational motion to the micro vibrational motion, to reduce the influence of the resonance effects, to increase the reliability of the control at every ratio of the rotation and micro vibrational motion, to reduce the necessary electrical power and the stepper motor heating.
