PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calibration jib capable of accurately calibrating a gap sensor provided in a nozzle even in the case that attachments are attached to a nozzle tip part provided in a laser processing head, a calibration method and a laser processing machine.SOLUTION: The calibration jib in the laser processing machine includes a correction position 45 of calibration provided with a minute and sharp projection 49 freely penetratable through attachments 9 attached to a nozzle tip part of a laser processing head 21 in the laser processing machine, and a data acquisition position 47 having a plane that is brought into free contact with the nozzle tip part in a jig body 43. In the calibration jig 41, the correction position 45 and the data acquisition position 47 are provided proximately to a top face of the jig body 43, and the top face of the correction position 45 and the top face of the data acquisition position 47 are the same plane.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
