PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet that can suppress deterioration of adhesion at a low cost when immersed in a polishing liquid and has excellent re-peelability.SOLUTION: An adhesive sheet of the present invention detachably fixes a polishing material to a surface plate of a polishing machine, is integrally molded using polyurethane as a main component, and has adhesiveness on one and the other surfaces thereof. The adhesive sheet is preferably a cured product of a composition comprising a polyol compound and a polyisocyanate compound. The adhesive sheet is bonded between a stainless steel plate having an average thickness of 1 mm and a polyethylene terephthalate film having an average thickness of 250 μm so that the one surface faces the stainless steel plate and so that the other surface faces the polyethylene terephthalate film. When a peeling test is performed to the laminate, pressure joined by reciprocating a 200 g roller thereon one time, at a peel rate of 100 mm/min and at a peeling angle of 180°, it is preferable that adhesion of the polyurethane to the stainless steel plate does not occur.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
