PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human skin improvement composition blended with ceramide containing collagen derived from eel, in which particularly ceramide containing collagen is blended economically and highly efficiently from an inedible part, i.e., mainly from the bone part and head.SOLUTION: There is provided a human skin improvement composition by blending ceramide containing collagen derived from eel. There is provided a human skin improvement food product containing the human skin improvement composition. Further, there is provided a human skin improvement rice ball containing the human skin improvement composition.
